Our approach
Horizon is a Chatham owned and operated firm, created and run by our CEO/ President. As an accredited Arbitrator, and educated Mediator - supported by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre of Ontario [ADRIO], we aim for resolutions that are lasting. Through mutual respect, communication, and open-mindedness, our mediations have a strong experience in coming to an agreement. Horizon has a hard stance on confidentiality, whether we are arbitrating, mediating, resume writing, or assisting; and our stance on neutrality is just as strong. We do not take sides, we are impartial. Your comfortability is our concern. Horizon wants you to come in and feel safe discussing your story and your concerns so we can better understand your hopes for an outcome.

All your appointments will take place in either a quiet and calm office environment, or a personal online space, with fully private rooms, complimentary water/snacks (if applicable), and individualized care.
In-person and remote options
Our home location is conveniently located in Chatham, Ontario. Can’t make an in-person meeting? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual solutions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
